Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Anunzo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Anunzo on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Anunzo generates ad creative — images and looping videos — from the brand inputs and assets you provide. Output may vary and is provided for you to review before publishing.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Your content & rights

You retain ownership of the assets you upload and, subject to these Terms and your plan, the creative you generate. You represent that you have the rights to the logos, photos and other materials you upload, and that your use does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Anunzo to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Credits & payment

Generations consume credits. Purchased credits and subscription fees are billed through our payment provider. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; specific credit and refund details are shown at purchase.

Disclaimers

Anunzo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that generated creative will be error-free, on-brand, or fit for a particular purpose — review every export before you publish it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anunzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
